NettieBay Lodge, tucked away in beautiful northeastern Michigan, will offer a weekend duck hunt. Presque Isle County is full of lakes, streams, puddles, marshes, and fields – the perfect combination for an exciting waterfowl hunt! Huntresses can expect plenty of wing-shooting action as they hunt the shoreline as well as blinds. Well-trained dogs, always eager to participate will accompany the huntresses and their guides.

Dates: October 22-24, 2010.

Accommodations: The hospitality you expect in northern Michigan awaits each guest at NettieBay Lodge, and it will continue throughout your stay. Each of the ten cottages and Lodge has their own unique atmosphere. If you stay in one that has a fireplace, start a fire … you will be ready to relax. Cottages have compact, well-equipped kitchens. Blankets and pillows are provided. NettieBay Lodge offers beautiful pristine lakes and endless starlit skies; leaving will be hard to do!

Cost: $276.00 – includes safety orientation; shotgun patterning; one full day of hunting for up to six ducks per hunter, which may include bluebills, wood ducks, redheads, northern pintail, black and canvasback ducks; cleaning; meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch; two nights’ lodging; 3:1 hunter to guide ratio; and trained dog services.
