RESERVATIONS:

Reservations will be telephoned directly to the Hotel Reservation Department by the cut-off date of 9/6/2009. Competitors are urged to contact the hotel directly at (505) 889-4000 or (800) 228-2800, preferably between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time. Reservations may also be sent via fax at (505) 872-3094.

In order to receive the preferred group rates for which NRA is contracted, individuals must identify themselves with the 2009 National Police Shooting Championships. Rates cannot be changed at the time of check in or check out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

ROOM BLOCK: A room block has been established that will run from September 14-26, 2009.
RATE: $66 plus tax per night. This is less than the Government Rate.  

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT: Hotel check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: Is offered daily at the Fairfield Inn University from:

Monday-Thursday:	6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Friday-Sunday	7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event a guest who has requested a room within the NPSC block checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will add an early departure fee of $50 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel at or prior to check in of any changes.

PARTICULARS:

• Cleaning rags (gun rags) will be issued to competitors by hotel staff during check-in.
• Competitors ARE NOT to use hotel linens to clean their guns.

• From Airport/I-25 Northbound: Sunport Blvd. to I-25 North, Exit 225 (Lomas) continue on North Frontage Road to Menaul, right on Menaul, right onto Fairfield Drive.

• From I-25 Southbound: Exit 227 (Comanche), continue on South Frontage Road to Menaul, left on Menaul, right on Fairfield Drive.

• From I-40 Westbound: Exit 159-D (University Blvd.), right on University, left on Menaul, lefton on Fairfield Drive.

• From I-40 Eastbound: Exit 159-A (4th St.), continue on East Frontage Road to University, left on University, left on Menaul, left on Fairfield Drive.
